What we collect
When you send a brief through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, company, email address and the description of your project. We do not use invasive tracking, and we do not sell data.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to deliver the engagement. A senior engineer reads it — not an automated pipeline.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to respond or fulfil a contract, then deleted. Analytics, where used, are privacy-respecting and aggregate.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people reach each page, which site or search sent them, and which page they landed on. It runs only if you allow it: nothing is requested and no cookie is set until you answer the prompt, declining is remembered, and if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control we never ask and never load it.
Advertising features are switched off, so no advertising identifier is set and no cross-site profile is built. Your IP address is truncated before storage. Beyond page views we count one thing — that a project brief was sent. That is a number only: it carries no name, no email and none of what you wrote. We do not sell or share any of it. Your choice is stored in your browser as lh:analytics-consent; clearing your site data resets it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Write to dev@lumenhouse.dev and a person will action it.
